I build desktop instruments, simulation engines and tooling for coding agents. 14 of the 16 systems on this site are mine end to end; 2 are upstream projects I forked and worked on, and they are labelled as such wherever they appear.

The work runs from real-time rendering in C++ and OpenGL, through Rust on embedded targets and on the desktop, to TypeScript platforms and Python pipelines. What ties it together is a preference for software that runs on the machine in front of you and tells you the truth about its own state.

My background before this is finance. Underwriting and originations across private credit, direct lending and specialty finance, and $250M+ of multifamily acquisitions along the way — cash-flow models, IRR and sensitivity work across capital stacks, and the investment memos that carry them to committee. Earlier still, investor relations and healthcare finance, which is where the modelling habit formed.

A good deal of the tooling here exists because the software those jobs needed either did not exist or cost five figures a seat. The deal-sourcing pipeline I wrote for origination work — customs trade data, SEC filings and IRS 990s scored into a ranked target list — is the same instinct as the rest of this site: when the instrument you need does not exist, build it.
