Background
Start with

I have worked across private credit, direct lending, specialty finance, and multifamily acquisitions. The work includes sourcing opportunities, underwriting borrower and property cash flows, testing capital structures, and preparing materials that help a team decide what to do next.
Before that, investor relations and healthcare finance taught me how to turn complex operating information into clear reporting. I also build software when it can make analysis more consistent and traceable.
The model, memo, and recommendation should tell the same story.
